Helmet sizes are based on the circumference of your head. To determine the correct size, use a soft tape or string to measure around your head —
just above your eyebrows and around the widest part at the back.
Make sure the tape wraps the full circumference from front to back
Two head shapes affect helmet fit:
Oval Head
More common in occidental regions. Longer front to back and narrower side to side.
Round Head
More common in Asian regions. Similar width and length for a more balanced look.
